Tickets can be purchased at the airports (onward journey) and at Mishima station (return journey) using all major credit cards or cash.
Travel costs for local transportation in Japan are refunded at the venue by cash. The costs are calculated by NIES based on their regulation as a round trip between the international airport for your arrival/departure and the venue. The receipts are not required.

On March 17, a staff of travel agency will be waiting for you at JR Mishima Station and help you to get a Bus to the venue.
A block booking has been made at the Hotel Brush-Up located in the Gotemba Kogen Resort Tokino-Sumika for non-smoking single rooms with breakfast and free Wi-fi.
Accommodation fee will be covered by NIES from the night of March 17 (Sun) to the night of 21 (Thu) at the venue.
Depending on your flight schedule, you can also stay near the international airports
(Haneda or Narita).
If you would like to stay before or after the workshop, you can ask the travel agency (Tobu Top Tours) for the room reservation but you have to pay for the fee for the extra stay.
Breakfast is included in the accommodation. Lunch during the workshop (from 18 to 21 March) will be provided near the venue.
Dinner will be provided as follows: March 18 (Mon) Short icebreaker and meal; March 19 (Tue) Meal; March 20 (Wed) Banquet.

The venue is in a countryside and many cafes and stores in the venue can accept cash-only.
Overseas participants do not have to pay for accommodation and basic meals during the workshop, so there is no need to exchange a lot, but if you enjoy some drinks, hot springs, and finding souvenirs, it is advised to exchange at the international airport.
We are arranging some cultural tours including Onsen (Hot springs) near the venue at night. We will let you know in detail later.
